Now, in this blog, we would like to introduce our specialty dishes.

Our tempura is made with light flour and rice flour, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
Among them, the one you should definitely try is the "Kashiwa-ten 2 kegs, 400 yen (tax included)"!
Chicken meat purchased from Oita Prefecture, the birthplace of kashiwa-ten, is marinated in a Kansai-style broth before deep frying.
Please enjoy it with salt and wasabi, which allow you to taste the quality of the ingredients.
In addition to this, we also offer a variety of other dishes, such as juicy "oden daikon" and "sakiika" that flood your mouth with broth.

Furniture such as chairs, tables, and shelves were set up by hand.
The restaurant offers a total of 16 seats, including 6 seats at the open kitchen counter, which are close to the staff and easy to communicate with, and 10 seats at tables, which are suitable for dates and gatherings.

Open Monday through Friday from 11:30am to 2:00pm/ 5:00pm to 00:00pm and Saturdays and holidays from 5:00pm to 00:00pm.
